PostFinexus provides AI-assisted data analysis, backtesting, and decision-support outputs intended to help users evaluate strategies and information. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no output generated should be relied upon as a guarantee of future results.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

No Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure

Outputs, analyses, backtests, and reports generated through the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They are based on historical or simulated data and do not guarantee future performance.

Any decisions made based on the Service's outputs are made at your own risk. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial, investment, or business decisions.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

PostFinexus does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostFinexus and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of PostFinexus exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
